Shipping and delivery

Panelift is an online service sold by Zenin Media LLP. We sell translation credits and monthly plans used inside your Panelift account. There are no physical goods and nothing is sent by post or courier, so there are no shipping charges.

• Credit packs and plans: added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute. Your balance is shown in the Studio.
• Translations: delivered to your account when they finish, usually within minutes for a chapter. You can read and download them in the Studio, where a notification tells you when a chapter is ready.

Anywhere Panelift can be reached on the web. You need an account and an internet connection.

If credits do not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to [email protected] with the payment ID and we will add them or refund you. See also our cancellation and refund policy.
